5 Tips to Wake Up Earlier | Night Owl to Early Riser
Ok, ok, I admit it! I used to think I COULD NOT WAKE UP EARLIER! Reason being… I am a Self Proclaimed Night owl and THE World’s heaviest sleeper! A bomb could go off and i would sleep through it. This is the story I told myself anyway.
So in the last 8 weeks I have completely changed from being a Night owl to and Early Riser!
Waking up earlier has most definitely created a ripple effect in all areas of my life. I am able to make my ‘business’ a priority before anyone else’s ‘business’ takes hold on my day. I am more patient, more fulfilled and happier because I fill my cup first. I have to admit, it does feel a little weird going to bed earlier but, being able to wake up before my kids are up, sets up my day for success and I am a better mother because of it.
